1、概述
YDZ系列鉆孔機(jī)用恒功率變極多速三相異步電動機(jī)是為建筑行業(yè)基礎(chǔ)工程施工用鉆孔機(jī)配套的電動機(jī)，可廣泛用于城市、橋梁、港口、江河堤防等各種基礎(chǔ)施工工程所用鉆孔機(jī)的電力驅(qū)動。
YDZ系列電動機(jī)是利用改變定子繞組的接線方法以改變電動機(jī)的極數(shù)來實(shí)現(xiàn)變速的，電動機(jī)在兩種轉(zhuǎn)速下具有相同的功率。鉆孔機(jī)在施工過程中，可根據(jù)不同的工作狀態(tài)選擇電動機(jī)的轉(zhuǎn)速，從而達(dá)到提高施工高利率、加快工程建設(shè)速度的要求。電機(jī)也可做成單速。
YDZ系列電動機(jī)堵轉(zhuǎn)轉(zhuǎn)矩高，過載能力強(qiáng)，低速下較大轉(zhuǎn)矩倍數(shù)及堵轉(zhuǎn)轉(zhuǎn)矩倍數(shù)均超過3倍，能夠適應(yīng)鉆孔機(jī)在各種地質(zhì)條件下工作。在施工中如遇特殊復(fù)雜地層，可充分利用電動機(jī)的高起動轉(zhuǎn)矩和高過載能力，保證施工順利進(jìn)行。
YDZ系列電動機(jī)具有較高的機(jī)械強(qiáng)度，可以承受施工作業(yè)中可能遇到的振動與沖擊。電動機(jī)防護(hù)等級為IP54，接線盒的防護(hù)等級為IP55?？蛇m應(yīng)鉆孔機(jī)在各種工作環(huán)境下施工。
YDZ系列電動機(jī)絕緣等級為F級，具有較高的運(yùn)行可靠性。
YDZ系列電動機(jī)安裝方式為V1安裝，接線盒位于非軸伸端，設(shè)有2個出線孔，出線孔方向朝下，便于電動機(jī)接線。
YDZ系列電動機(jī)帶有注、卸油裝置，電機(jī)維護(hù)方便。
YDZ系列電動機(jī)的額定電壓為380V，額定頻率為50Hz。
General
YDZ series constant-power change-pole multi-speed three phase induction motors are matched with the augers for the basic engineering of architecture. It can be as the auger power source for the architecture in city construction, bridge, port, embankment etc.
YDZ series motors may change the poles through changing the stator winding’s connection, in order to achieve multi-speed, and have the same power under the two kinds of speed. During the construction, the motors speed can be chosen according to the working state for the augers, so that it can improve the construction efficiency, fasten the construction speed and save energy. The motors can be made into one-speed motors too.
YDZ series motors have high locked-rotor torque, high overload capability, and the max and locked-rotor torque multiple being more than 3 times under low speed, so that they can accord with the working of augers under various conditions. If meeting special complex stratum, construction can be run because of the motors characteristic.
YDZ series motors can burden vibration and shock because of the higher mechanical intension. Motors degree of protection is IP54, IP55 for the terminal box. They are suitable for the augers working under various surroundings.
YDZ series motors insulation class is F, and they have high running reliability.
YDZ series motors basic mounting type is V1. Terminal box is at no-driving end, and there are two lead in wire entries adown in order to connect winding easily.
The rated voltage is 380V and the frequency is 50 Hz.
